Salvation

Salvation

If you want to receive salvation (accept Jesus Christ in your life):
“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.” (Acts 3:19)

  1. That if you shall confess with thy mouth, the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thy heart that God raised him (Jesus) from the dead, thou shall be saved.  (Romans 10:9) This means, if you admit (confess) openly with your mouth that you believe Jesus died for your sins, was buried and God raised Him from the dead, you are saved.  Your Salvation-that is accepting Christ into your life is based upon your belief in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
  2. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  (John 3:16) This means God loves you so much that He sent Jesus to die for you so that you can have eternal life in Heaven with Him.
  3. But God commanded his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  (Romans 8:3)  Even when you were in sin (hadn’t asked Jesus to Come into your life) God loved you and sent Jesus to die for you. (I Timothy 2:4)

If you’ve never asked Jesus Christ to come into your heart; you can pause and ask Him now:

Dear Lord, I admit (confess) that I am a sinner, I am truly sorry for my sins-forgive me.  I repent of all my sins; come into my heart and be Lord of my life.  I want to give myself to you.  In Jesus name, I pray.  AMEN!

The Bible tells us: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9)

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13)
