First Lady Pamela Hawkins, affectionately known as Lady Hawkins

is the proud middle child of five, born to the late Grady Puryear and Neely Mosley. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior in 1983, marking the beginning of a lifelong walk of faith.

A native of Decatur, Alabama, Lady Hawkins graduated from Austin High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Originally planning a career in law, her path shifted as she quickly rose through the corporate ranks at Bank of America. Today, she serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management, supporting both Consumer Vehicle Lending and Consumer Credit Cards. In 31 years, she has held leadership roles across multiple areas of the bank—including retail, wholesale, and correspondent lending—and has received numerous awards for her impactful leadership and dedicated service.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Lady Hawkins is passionate about education and service. She has volunteered within the North Fulton County School System, offering her time and gifts to support teachers and mentor students. She has also serves faithfully in various church roles, including Vacation Bible School Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, and Children’s Church Leader, guided by the scripture: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Lady Hawkins currently leads the Women of Faith Ministry and serves as Elder Lady Hawkins at Voices of Faith Ministries. She embraces her calling to glorify God through service—supporting her husband and family, educating and inspiring youth, and empowering women to walk boldly in their faith and fulfill their divine purpose.

Her dedication has been recognized with numerous honors, including the prestigious 2016 President Barack Obama Lifetime Achievement Award.

Of all her blessings, Lady Hawkins counts one of her greatest joys as marrying her best friend and partner in ministry, Bishop Gary Hawkins, founder and bishop of Voices of Faith Ministries. Together, this dynamic duo has raised five sons: Gary Jr., Kalen, Dwight, Brandon, and Garrison.
