Gary Hawkins Sr. is a graduate of Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Georgia. He is the founding pastor of Voices of Faith Ministries and Overseer of four Voices of Faith locations – Stone Mountain, Conyers, Lovejoy,  and Lawrenceville Georgia and 1 location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Voices of Faith has seen its membership grow from seventy-five to more than fourteen-thousand members in only fifteen years and has been recognized by Church Growth Magazine as the twenty-fifth fastest growing church in America.  For the past eight years, Outreach Magazine has named Voices of Faith as one of the top 100 largest and fastest-growing churches in America.

Consecrated as a bishop in November 2005, Bishop Hawkins was recognized by The Church Report Magazine as one of the top twenty-five leaders to watch. Bishop Hawkins served as a host, as well, appeared as a regular guest on the TBN Praise the Lord broadcast. He has authored eleven life changing books. In addition to his dynamic style of preaching a simplistic Word, Bishop Hawkins is known for his “Marketing Your Church for Growth” leadership conference, which has now become a marketing tour. A plethora of pastors have sent testimonies of how his out-of-the-box approach to ministry has impacted them for kingdom growth.

He empowers pastors, leaders and entrepreneurs by teaching biblical principles that push them into another dimension of kingdom building.  Out of his passion for reaching God’s people, he birthed the Eagles Nest Ministry, through which he serves as a spiritual father and mentor to a great number of senior pastors.

Bishop Hawkins is happily married to his best friend, the beautiful Lady Pamela Hawkins.  Together, they are the proud parents of five handsome young men, Gary, Jr., Kalen, Dwight, Brandon and Garrison.
